Terms and conditions
These terms govern the use of KOXOTA, a service operated by HOSTCARRIEL LLC. By creating an account or using the service, you accept them.

1. Who we are
KOXOTA is operated by HOSTCARRIEL LLC, located at 8206 Louisiana Boulevard Northeast, Ste B #10003, Albuquerque, NM 87113, United States.
You can reach us at info@hostcarriel.com or +1 929 444 7255.
2. What the service does
KOXOTA generates website redesign proposals from public information about a business: its current site, its Google listing, or details you provide. The result is a page you can show that business, publish at a koxota.com address, or download to host anywhere.
The content is generated by an AI model. It may contain errors, inaccurate copy, or claims that do not match the real business. Reviewing a proposal before showing it to a client is your responsibility.
3. Your account
You need an account to keep your proposals. You are responsible for your password and for what happens in your account.
You can close your account at any time by writing to us. We may suspend it if it is used for anything illegal, to impersonate someone, or in a way that puts the service at risk for others.
4. Credits and payments
Credits are bought once and are not a subscription: there are no recurring charges and no automatic renewals. Prices are shown in USD before you pay.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card statement will show "KOXOTA". We never see or store your card number.
One credit is used when a proposal is generated. Regenerating the same proposal with a different template does not cost an extra credit, within a reasonable limit.
Credits do not expire while the account is active, and are neither transferable nor redeemable for cash.
5. Refunds
If something fails on our side β a proposal that never generates, a duplicate charge, credits that never arrive β write to info@hostcarriel.com and we will fix it, refunding the amount or restoring the credits.
Credits already spent are not refunded: the generation cost is paid at the moment it is used. If you do not like the result, you can regenerate the proposal with a different template at no cost.
6. Who owns what is generated
The proposal you generate is yours. You may sell it, modify it, publish it and deliver it to your client without paying us anything further or asking permission.
We claim no rights over your brand, your logo or the content you upload. You authorise us only to host and display it in order to provide the service.
Images in proposals are linked from their source β the business's site, its Google listing, stock libraries β and are not copied to our servers. Checking that you may use them on the final site is your responsibility.
7. What you may not do
Use KOXOTA to:
- Generate sites for businesses that do not exist, or impersonate a company or person.
- Send unsolicited bulk email. The prospecting feature is for individual, considered outreach β not for purchased lists.
- Illegal or misleading content, or content that infringes third-party rights.
- Resell access to the tool as if it were your own, or automate its use to bypass credits.
8. Availability and limits of liability
We do what is reasonable to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We depend on third parties β hosting, AI providers, the payment gateway β and an outage of theirs can affect us.
We are not liable for the commercial decisions you make with the proposals, nor for the outcome of showing them. Our liability is in any case limited to the amount you have paid in the last twelve months.
Keep a copy of anything that matters to you. You can download any proposal as a ZIP from your dashboard.
9. Changes
We may change these terms. If a change is significant we will tell you by email or in the dashboard before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept it.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States. Before going to court, write to us: almost everything gets resolved by talking.
